People were very nice wonderful room thanks for all especially Lea who was amazing
Location, location, location! Great views all around, either from the villa or from the restaurant. The arrival is impressive, with breathtaking views and a road I found a little scary but then again that's the price to feel what Santorini is... An incredible cliff over the sea. The staff is very efficient and are ready to answer all requests whatsoever. The food was lovely, breakfast was nice. And all interesting sites are just a few minutes away. Last thing, the villa (private with pool) gives you the feeling you've got your own holiday house. It's very relaxing and great with young kids.
Do not ask the hotel to arrange your transfer, unless you want a free tour of the island, while the bus goes around all the hotels. It took us nearly one hour whereas 15-20 min would have been enough. Could be nice though, but with two young children, tired, hot and hungry, it felt very long. Other than that, only minor details. Some staff could be more friendly for instance (they're efficient, professional, but maybe due to the overall luxury standing, not friendly enough in my opinion). But some others are great, so all in all, I would certainly go back...
We spent a week at the Pantheon and cannot praise it highly enough. It was perfect. The location, the staff, the facilities and the food were all wonderful. The views are beautiful and you can watch the sunset from the terrace or the jacuzzi pool and have the best view on the island. There is only a small group of staff so you get to know them well during your stay and they're client service is exemplorary. We had a studio villa which for 2, gave us plenty if space and each villa has its own courtyard area too. Because of its height, you can see both sides of the island from the resort. It is a 15 min walk into Imergovili but the stop is 5 minutes away and the staff will happily arrange a taxi for you if you need. In our opinion, we much perferred the space, the large pool area and the view from the Pantheon than the jam packed hotels and villas of Fira, Imergovili and Oia, all packed tightly together and under everyones gaze as they walk about the town. Highly recommend staying at the Pantheon
Very nice hotel area and pools.
A little bit outside everything. Recomand transport "tools" car atv bike or something
I remember my first few moments in the hotel, I was taking over by a massive wave of positive vibes and excitement. Staff were like a family t me cause I arrived alone on the first night. I also remember my last few moments checking out from this amazing myth place..I felt very sad and a strong urge to cry. I know I left a piece of me there also I know I will come back whenever I visit Santorini again. Excellent in everything.
Nothing except that I didn't like to leave! Lol
Excellent value compared to other nearby hotels, amazing views and large spacious rooms which are beautifully decorated. Highly recommended
Really enjoyable stay, if I had to pick a fault it would be that the pool or plunge pool aren't heated - a little bit chilly!
Nice, cosy and clean room, super close to swimming pool area which was very beautiful.
Internet was very very poor, air-condition didn't work. And the location is not the best. Around 4km to Fira and around 15min by car to airport, 25 almost to the port. Also we were kind of "sharing" our room with other couple who had room beside our, but between those there was door which wasn't locked so we could easily entrance to their room and they could get to our.
Location, facilities, services and staff;everything was perfect! We are very happy to have spent our holidays in such a nice place! We will visit pantheon again...!
Nothing, everything was perfect!
It is a really nice Hotel! I stayed in the hotel for one week. Highly recommended! The staff in the hotel is very helpful, the room is comfortable and the most important things is the amazing Sea view, which is fantastic. The environment of this hotel is great, which has well decorated ground, swimming pool, jacuzzi pool. So it should be the best choice for those people who want to spend their whole week in the hotel. The position of the hotel is not in the city area, which means the transport and shopping may be a problem. But on the other side, it is a quiet and you can relax yourself very well in this hotel. I personally prefer a quiet hotel and you can rent a car if in need. Everything in the hotel impress me a lot. All the people in Santorini recommend Oia's Sunset. I have to say that the sunset in this hotel is better than Oia.
1.Superb location. Amazing views, peaceful and spacious setting but just a pleasant cliff top walk to nearest villlage and on frequent bus route to buzzing OIA and FIRA that runs past midnight (flat rate fare of 1.6 euros)2. Quality of the accomodation. Looks like it has been recently refurbished to high standard. We thought the blend of chic, attractively planted grounds and traditional Cyclades' architecture was superb. 3. Charming and helpful attitude of the staff. They decided to upgrade us when they heard we were celebrating our anniversary. 4. Free wi fi and choice of pools. 5. No hidden extras or nasty suprises, we paid exactly what we expected to. Free airport transfers do need to be booked a day ahead or you will need to pay around 28 euros each way for a taxi.
We felt we got an amazing deal through Booked.net so we were thrilled with the 'value for money' we felt we got. Maybe others who had paid full price would have expected more but I cannot think what? we even had fluffy white robes and slippers to swan about in. The restaurant for night time dining wasn't great value in terms of cost and execution but perhaps we just caught them on a bad night? I had a seafood risotto and one of the mussels tasted 'off' but no harm was done. The home made bread was great, so was the coffee and a full cooked buffet style breakfast is included in the price.
